RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have purchased you may return them (at your own expence) to us within 7 days of you receiving the item. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition (in the case of pencil pleat curtians the heading tape strings must not have been pulled tight and or tied) unused, and with the original packaging.

Curtainshop-online.co.uk will accept no liability for any costs incured for the return of goods unless in our opinion the goods are deemed faulty.

Please note that returns will not be accepted in the case of products which have been altered in any way either by ourselves or by any other source.
